Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us in writing within 3 calendar days to contact@mobart.id, including photo evidence. We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine if a resolution is warranted. Notification does not guarantee replacement or exchange. 


Refunds, Exchange and Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or general exchange. Exchanges are only permitted in the rare event of goods damaged during shipment and must be reported within 3 days of receipt with clear photo documentation. We are not liable for damages arising from handling, use, or storage after delivery.

We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any exchange request. Strictly no refunds under any circumstances.
